It was the fact that they checked out the motor and must have done some sort of maintenance as when I left the next day the door sounded different, better - which had nothing to do with the weather seal they replaced. "Knight were the only company to answer their phone at 8 o'clock at night. They offered to come out there and then as I couldn't get my car out, but ensured we didn't have to pay an emergency call out fee by figuring out they could get to us at 7 the next morning.
